Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes, upgrading to a more suitable package is encouraged and can take place at any time within your contracted term. Add-on services are available for a small additional monthly fee if the full services of the next package are not necessary.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, the service may be canceled with a 30 day written notice.

What is the turnaround time?

The typical time it takes to process service agreements, gather service location information, onboard and train is around 30 days.
